Nimble Merch is a boutique printer located in Lynchburg, Virginia.

We specialize in full color printing and embroidery, we also offer traditional screenprint in up to 8 colors. With our state of the art Direct to Garment (DTG) and Direct to Film (DTF) capabilities, we can print full color on as little as 1 item. We excel in smaller quantity orders with high customization while maintaining an affordable price point.

Direct to Garment (DTG)

DTG prints full color directly onto the surface of the garment. Limited to garments with minimum 60% cotton, hemp, bamboo, or other natural fiber. Best for full color smaller prodcution runs of 200 pieces or less on dark garments, or full color production runs of 500 pieces or less on light or white garments. DTG can print as little as 1 item.

Direct to Film (DTF)

DTF is a newer type of garment printing in which the ink is affixed directly to a plastic film and then affixed to the garment with an adhesive. Able to print on most any substrate or material and is great for full color printing on Poly and blended garments where DTG does not excel. Best for full color smaller prodcution runs of 500 pieces or less on all garments or materials.

Screenprint

Up to 8 color printing with traditional screnprint. Inks include Plastisol, Waterbase, Discharge, Puff, Metallics, custom Pantones and more. Raised or smooth finishes available depsnding on quantities. Screenprint is best suited for higher quantity prodcution runs where exact color replicaation is needed.

Embroidery

Up to 18 color embroidery. We offer standard flat embroidery, simulated puff, single and double layer puff, patches and more. We specialize in high color designs and awkward embroidery pieces that cant be run on tradtional machines such as belts, large backpacks, golf bags, and more.

Patch Application

Affixing patches to a variety of flat goods, or awkward goods such as hats and golf bags. Leather, cotton, woven, or other patch material can be affixed with a variety of stock thread colors and material, or go full custom for a unique branded look.
